Working on behalf of an investing partner, we have managed this core plus/value add portfolio of office buildings since 1994. In that time we have achieved an annual return of 19.6%, even allowing for the across the board valuation write downs as a result of the global credit crisis.

Our results are achieved by focusing on securing assets that are trading below their real value, then enhancing through a mix of improving operating income, refurbishment, repositioning and environmental upgrades we realise the assets value.
