Our retail business has extensive experience in structuring complex development approvals. We also work closely with local councils and government authorities to achieve balanced outcomes that are both commercially feasible and positive for the local community.
The retail business has delivered a number of retail centres valued up to $100M, mostly backed by Coles or Woolworths as anchor tenants.
